Directory listing rules

Last updated 2026-07-04

What this directory is for

The directory helps patients find genuine, verified health professionals and establishments. These rules explain who appears in it, how results are ordered, and — because a listing is personal data — how a professional can correct or remove their own entry.

Who may be listed

Only verified health professionals and establishments appear in the directory. We check a professional's credentials before their listing becomes public, and every listing shows its verification status so patients can see at a glance that it has been confirmed. Unverified or self-declared entries are never presented as verified.

Keeping listings accurate

Listed professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their own information and must keep it up to date. Where details are missing, a crowd-verification process — several independent confirmations — helps establish them before they are shown as verified, so accuracy does not depend on a single unchecked source.

How results are ordered

Results are ordered by genuine relevance and care-orientation criteria — such as how well a speciality matches your need, verification status, and, only when you allow location access, distance. We want to be unambiguous about this: we do not sell ranking position, and we never accept payment to place one professional above another. What you see is ordered to help you, not to help the highest bidder.

Reviews and moderation

Reviews must be genuine, first-hand and respectful. We moderate submissions and will remove content that breaches our rules, is fake or defamatory, or reveals anyone's protected health information. Reviews are about helping patients make informed choices, not settling scores.

Correction, removal and opt-out

A listed professional may request correction of their information, or removal of their listing entirely, at any time. Because a listing is personal data, it is erased on request — subject only to any legal retention that applies. Requests can be made through the contact channels in the Legal notice or the in-app privacy tools, and we act on them promptly.

Reporting an inaccurate listing

Anyone — patient or professional — can report a listing that is inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate. We review reports promptly and update or remove any listing that does not meet our accuracy and conduct standards, so the directory stays trustworthy for the people who rely on it.
